Long before that, she grew up around animals, spending her youth grooming horses — where her love of hands-on animal care first began. Grooming isn’t just a job for Amanda — it’s a lifelong vocation. After becoming widowed during the COVID pandemic, she poured her energy into the two things that mattered most: her children and her career. Sharing her knowledge with new groomers and pet parents has not only helped others, but helped heal her, too. Through her grooming school and now these digital courses, Amanda is making professional grooming theory accessible, enjoyable, and easy to learn — with warmth, humour, and care.
